Under the initiative At home #with meIn addition, Google Fit includes a new section with playlists with wellness, meditation and exercise videos. These videos are already visible in the Google Fit application in Spain.
A manual selection of wellness videos
Google seeks to help Google Fit users maintain health and fitness inspiration with a unique list and handmade videos with exercises. For this purpose, the direct access to these videos, which open on YouTube, is now clearly visible in Google Fit.
Google shows in the example screenshots a selection with different video categories (exercises, meditation, wellness), although for the moment in Spain a unique selection is shown. When you tap on it, the playlist Exercise with me created by YouTube Spain opens. 29 different videos.

Videos of Pilates, yoga, cardio, crunches and more are just a click away on Google Fit for both Android and iOS and in all regions where YouTube playlists are available, with the goal of exceeding the amount of physical activity recommended by the AHA and WHO.
