FitaDo Home is a new application that focuses on offering different exercises so that we can easy to plan routinesI have seen these exercises in augmented reality to know the space we will occupy.
FitaDo is a very complete application: we can add exercises among a wide list, manage different trainings and keep a calendar of everything we have been doing
At interface level FitaDo is a fairly neat application. We have a main section of ‘workouts’ in which we can add the different sets and repetitions of the exercises we want to do. If we start training, the counter will start, so we will know how long we have been training.

The strength of FitaDo is the exercises. They’re all focused on home trainingThe rack, without materials (except for the rack, present in some of them). Various types of push-ups, abdominal exercises, the hated burpees, balance exercises, etc. When we click on them we are shown the muscles involved in such exercisesWe also have access to a history of how many times a week we have done this exercise.
The difference between this app and the more common ones is that we can see the exercises through augmented realityThe first one is a very precise one, to give us an idea of the space we will need to make them.
